Robux, skins and gift cards

What you can do

1. Look at an offer together: What does the item cost in real money, who sells it and will there be another payment later?
2. Discuss offers of free Robux, skins or gift cards. Your child should not give anyone passwords or one-time codes to claim a prize.
3. Agree which purchases need permission and who your child can ask. An offer that expires soon is also a reason to pause and ask for help.

Avoid

• Listen first, without blaming or shaming your child.
• Do not forward private messages, intimate images or explicit screenshots.
• No app can protect against everything. Do not promise that it can.
