Plans and subject notes

Write pupil plans, yearly plans and teaching plans. Link your own observations to pupil ID and subject, then plan the next steps. Choose early primary, upper primary or lower secondary and adapt subjects, goals and support to the group.

You assess the work

Observations are your own notes. The app does not measure a pupil’s ability and gives no automated grades, diagnoses or recommendations about a pupil. Generative AI is not active. You review and edit the plans yourself.

Data in the web test

Work locally or sign in through My school. Local plans stay in this browser. In a school workspace, choose Save to school; your local plans are not transferred automatically.

The school owner manages colleagues’ access to workspaces. Use only fictional pupil IDs and examples, not names, real pupil records, health details or private messages. The web test is not an approved pupil-record system. It does not monitor pupils or phones or collect location data. Family apps and school data stay separate.

Class Focus

Choose a group, agree the boundaries, and set a focus timer. Save the setup for the next lesson.

About the web test

Prepare a focus session

Try the setup with fictional pupil IDs from your groups. Choose boundaries and a duration, then save a reusable profile. Profiles and the timer are saved in this browser, separately from teaching plans. Pupil devices are not connected.

No device control in the web test

The web test cannot lock screens, close other apps, switch off Wi-Fi or show pupils’ live location. Device control needs separate platform support and permissions. Native apps remain paused.

Institution

Institution is also planned. There is no working app yet. We will clarify needs and requirements before building a service for institutions.
