What you can do
- Open Family and choose Voksne (Adults).
- Add a name, relationship and optional phone number. Choose Gem voksen (Save adult).
- Check the contact details and agree who your child will contact first.
- Check that the child can find the adult in the app. Family does not send automatic messages.
Avoid
- Listen first, without blaming or shaming your child.
- Do not forward private messages, intimate images or explicit screenshots.
- No app can protect against everything. Do not promise that it can.

Make clear that your child can get help even if they have broken an agreement.
