The web test saves rules but does not block other apps or websites. Native phone versions remain on hold.
What you can do
- Add app names or website addresses yourself and choose a daily allowance.
- Schedule breaks on selected days, including overnight. Overlapping plans are evaluated together.
- Test usage and rule status without changing the phone’s apps or internet access.
- Protect changes with a parent code. Save a backup of the rules; the code is not included.
Why this app?
Shared rules for apps and websites
A phone offers many things competing for attention. In App Blocker, families choose which apps and websites should have a daily allowance or a scheduled break.
Create schedules for selected days and test how the rules work together. Enter test usage to see when a limit is reached. A parent code can protect changes and temporary exceptions.
This version is a web test labelled Test rules. It saves your setup locally but does not block other apps, websites or phone features. Real blocking requires the later phone versions and their permissions.
Get started
- Open Apps and websites (Apps og sider) and add an app or website with the daily allowance you want.
- Open Plans (Planer) and choose a name, days, hours and the apps or websites the plan applies to.
- Open Now (Nu). Use Test usage (Afprøv forbrug) to see how the daily allowance and your schedules work together.
- Open Parents (Forældre) and create a code if you want to protect changes. Rules are saved in the browser you use.

More about the features
Schedules and limits
Add the apps and websites you want to plan for. Choose daily minutes and scheduled hours on selected days. A schedule can continue overnight.
Parent code
A local code of 6–12 digits can protect changes. An adult can unlock the settings and test a pause or short exception. The code is not shared automatically across apps or devices.
Test rules
Rules and test usage are saved in this browser. The parent code protects changes within App Blocker; it does not lock the phone. Testing does not measure real app usage or change other apps or browsers.
