Messages and photos
Check message in Safe Keyboard processes text locally and does not save it on reload. Safe Camera analyses photos on the device. Images, detections and classifications are not uploaded. Internet access is used to download the app and its analysis files.
The account saves app choicesPeople with access to the browser profile can read locally saved information.
What you save
Family, Parent Coach, Gaming & Screen Time, Learning and App Blocker each save information in browser storage. Others with access to the app and browser profile can read it. Export a copy before clearing browser data and keep it private.
Access to the apps
Create your account with email in My apps. It remembers your app choices. Budget messages can be shared with a linked parent account. Parent codes are separate from the account. Private app data does not automatically move into an account. A My apps shortcut is separate from installation and the data an app saves.
Browser and chat use server storageServer data and downloaded copies need separate deletion.
Safe Browser’s server
The open web test saves rules and requests on a private server. Setup may also include the child’s name and age setting. Bookmarks stay in the browser. Page text is processed temporarily; full pages are not stored. The server uses Vercel Blob in fra1 (Frankfurt). It also stores text fingerprints, salted code and key hashes, and session hashes. Rules from a local test server are not moved to the online test automatically.
Server data needs separate deletion
Information on your device stays until you delete it or clear browser data. Downloaded copies need to be deleted separately. In Safe Browser’s web test, choose Slet Browser-data (Delete Browser data) under Data og forældrekode (Data and parent code). You need parent access, the current code and confirmation. This removes the name, age setting, rules, requests, approvals and access data from the current server workspace. Device bookmarks and downloaded copies remain. The server keeps the workspace’s hashed address, a deletion marker and timestamp without automatic cleanup so old tabs cannot restore the content. This deletes app data; provider logs and backups need separate confirmation. Clearing cookies does not delete server data and may leave you unable to access it. Use fictional test data only. Sprout-chat
Sprout-chat is available in the open web test. The test is for text between two participants. Messages are saved separately in a private Vercel Blob store in fra1 (Frankfurt), with cleanup every hour. Accepted chat messages are stored on the server, not only on the device. Expiry and deletion markers require hourly cleanup.
A check can be wrongSprout does not monitor other apps on the phone.
The apps may miss content or flag something harmless. They do not monitor other apps, measure phone app usage or send automatic alerts. Use them to support your family’s choices and conversations.

Visits and contact
Vercel delivers the website and may process connection and operational data. The contact form opens an email draft for you to send. Both are separate from private app information. Read Privacy for information about processing and your rights.
Security issues or misuse
Email security@nordicdts.com. Include the app and device, and describe the problem using example data. Do not send private messages, sensitive child data or images. Contact local emergency services in immediate danger.
